Individual therapy is refreshing and inspiring. Sessions involve goal setting based on what you would like to accomplish. We then collaborate to solve problems and improve thinking, resulting in behavioral change related to your goals. As we reframe perceptions and develop new coping skills, reactivity lessens and overall happiness improves. Along our journey you decide the priorities and I help you through life’s most complex and challenging circumstances.
